Established Greek restaurant wanted to grow mid-week covers and increase catering bookings. They were part of the Accelerator program, meaning we invested our own resources into the result.

What we built.
Greek Street came to us wanting to grow their bookings and build a brand presence in Adelaide. From the start, the relationship has been a partnership. Not a client-agency arrangement. We sit in on planning sessions, contribute ideas for promotions, and treat the business like it is our own. We developed their promotional strategy from the ground up. Bottomless Greek food packages, bottomless cocktail offerings, themed event nights. We helped concept, design, and launch each one with supporting campaigns. These were not ideas we pitched from a slide deck. They came from understanding the venue, the customer, and what Adelaide diners actually respond to. On the digital side, we built their WordPress website with full online booking integration through Now Book It, a complete menu, gallery, and a contact page. Social media management runs on a monthly photoshoot cycle with professional food and venue photography, Reels, and consistent posting. Meta Ads target a combination of cold audiences within the local radius and warm retargeting audiences built from website visitors and booking-initiated events. The campaigns have driven consistent growth across both dine-in bookings and catering enquiries. The +58% revenue result speaks for itself, but the number only tells part of the story. The outcome is a venue with a digital presence that stands on its own and a promotional calendar that keeps customers coming back.
