InThais

From Expired SSL and No Photos to Local Search Visibility

THE CHALLENGE

What needed solving.

InThais had an expired SSL certificate, no food photography on their website, and no real digital presence. They were invisible to anyone searching for Thai dining in Adelaide. The food was good. Nothing online reflected that.

THE SOLUTION

What we built.

InThais came to us in a difficult position. Their website had no images of their food, an expired SSL certificate, and effectively no digital presence. They were invisible online. We rebuilt their entire digital footprint. A new WordPress website with a proper menu, integrated booking system, Google Maps, and real food photography (shot by our team) that actually represents what the restaurant offers. GA4 and Search Console were set up from day one. Social media management began at the same time. We developed their content calendar, coordinated regular shoots, and created the kind of content that builds a local following. We also worked with the team on their specials and promotions, helping them identify what connected with their customer base and turning those into posts and campaigns that drove real traffic. The Google ranking improvement was significant. From effectively no presence to appearing for local search terms that bring consistent foot traffic. The combination of an optimised website, active social media, and ongoing SEO work is what moved the needle.

THE RESULT

What happened.

From no digital presence to appearing consistently in local search results for Adelaide Thai dining. The website, booking system, and active social media gave InThais the visibility to compete with venues that had been established for years.
