What needed solving.
Pho Doan Vien had no meaningful digital presence. Their existing website was thin, had no real food photography, and was doing nothing to attract new customers. Like many independent Vietnamese restaurants, the food was excellent but the online presence did not reflect it.

The website was rebuilt with a clean, mobile-first design featuring real food photography of their signature dishes. Menu, location, and contact pages were structured for both users and search engines. GA4 and Google Search Console were connected from day one. Meta Ads were introduced to drive local awareness and foot traffic. Campaigns targeting a local radius with Reel-first creative built brand recognition in a competitive dining market. The awareness campaigns delivered strong ThruPlay results at a fraction of what most restaurants pay per view.
